Hypnotherapy in County Durham
I work with people across County Durham, Sunderland and even further afield via Zoom. My cosy therapy room is located in Houghton le Spring and appointments here won't feel clinical at all, rather like sitting in an inviting living room.
Parent Support
My main area of expertise is working with parents and carers of children with SEND, who may be feeling burnt-out and overwhelmed. I work with you to calm and regulate your nervous system, moving you away from fight / flight and freeze.
Support Designed Around Your Needs
Every individual’s journey is different. Below are the ways we can work together.
